What do you need:
-
5 pounds Beefheart well cleaned, deveined and without
fat
-
2 pounds fresh shrimp
-
1 large bag (16 oz.) of spinach
-
2 red bell peppers
-
2 bananas
-
2 teaspoons of fresh or bottled garlic, not powder
-
18 theragram vitamins
-
1 teaspoon Vitamin C powdered
-
1 cup Wheat Germ
First grind the beefheart in a meat grinder, and set
aside. Then clean the spinach, bananas, red bell peppers, garlic, and
shrimp and chop in a food processor. The easiest way to chop the vitamins
and the wheat germ is in a coffee bean grinder. They are inexpensive and
handy. Chop the vitamins and the wheat germ to a powder consistency, and
then combine the three parts, mixing well. Put the combined ingredients
back through the grinder one time, and check for consistency. If it is not
small enough bits, return it through the grinder again.
Store the mix in small zip lock bags in your freezer
pressed flat for easy use. This mix lasts me 3 weeks in my hatchery.
